Plums have always been a hallmark of Wallachia. Vizovice has been a centre of plum production since times immemorial. The aroma of slivovitz has accompanied dried plums and plum jam in the region since the 18th century. Slivovitz is a traditional Moravian spirit made from plums, truly a Czech national drink. That is why this traditional plum spirit remains our flagship product – it is made via triple distillation from the finest plum mash and aged for three years. This gives it its unique clarity and delicacy. Our product portfolio includes other liquors as well – we produce a wide variety of GENUINE FRUIT SPIRITS of the highest quality, including pear brandy, apricot brandy, cherry brandy, and apple brandy.
We also offer a well-rounded range of 14 TYPES OF NON-TRADITIONAL SPIRITS. These uncommon distillates are not always available; they are exceptional, special, and altogether unique. The rarity and scarcity of these brandy varieties makes tasting them a unique and memorable moment. We make brandy from forest fruits, beer, and other specialities such as red rowanberries and quince. All are made from genuine Czech raw materials. Spirits are made by continuous distillation, and brandies are made by the drawing distillation of macerated ingredients. In the latter process, the fruits are first macerated (soaked) in food-grade alcohol or a distillate obtained from the same fruit.
