STRAWBERRY BRANDY

This fruit spirit

is made by drawing distillation of fresh strawberries of the monocarpic Senga Sengana variety, which is considered the queen of strawberries. It has an aroma of strawberry compote or overripe strawberries, though its taste is somewhat harsh. It creates a lasting impression of the flavour of strawberries. Drawing distillation is a manufacturing process during which strawberries are macerated in alcohol, and after a specific period of time the mixture is distilled.
