Quince brandy

is essentially a one-of-a-kind spirit made from the velvety, yellow oblong fruit of the quince tree, reminiscent of an apple or pear in its shape. The spirit is characterised by a very intense aroma reminiscent of a fine apple, while on the palate it produces a delicate, slightly astringent taste that lingers for a long time. Continuous distillation in distillation columns ensures the preservation of the aroma and flavour of the fruit.
