MORAVIAN APPLE BRANDY

This local variety

of apples is by far the most popular in central Moravia for the production of apple brandy. The fruit has a high sugar content and an optimal acidity that guarantees pure fermentation. This spirit has a classic apple fragrance and a slightly astringent flavour made milder by its prolonged ripening process. It is made via continuous distillation in distilling columns, which ensures that as much aroma and flavour as possible are preserved in the final product.
