is made via drawing distillation of macerated raspberries. Drawing distillation is a manufacturing process during which raspberries are macerated in alcohol, and after a specific period of time the mixture is distilled. Raspberry brandy has a classic, strong fragrance and flavour, and is strongly reminiscent of freshly picked ripe raspberries.
