The use of a single pear variety and natural pear juice in the production of brandy guarantee a natural flavour and aroma.

The Williams pear variety is the best for making brandy with a strong aroma, which is why we use it and harvest it in our own orchards in Chile. The pear brandy is fine-tuned by adding a bit of natural pear juice, giving it a pleasantly sweet flavour.

To achieve a balanced and smooth flavour, the distillate and juice are subsequently placed into oak casks that were previously used to age the traditional Czech whisky Gold Cock. The casks come from the Czech cooper Bařina and are made from the European sessile oak that grows in South Moravia.
