Single-variety Williams pear brandy
and natural pear juice guarantee a natural flavour and aroma. The Williams pear variety is the best for making brandy with a strong aroma, which is why we use it and harvest it in our own orchards in Chile. The pear brandy is fine-tuned by adding a bit of natural pear juice, giving it a pleasantly sweet flavour. To achieve a balanced and smooth flavour, the distillate and juice are subsequently placed into oak casks that have been used to age the traditional Czech whisky Gold Cock.
WILLIAMS PEAR is characterised by a pleasantly sweet, well-rounded flavour and a distinctive ripe pear aroma.
We recommend serving it chilled neat or on the rocks.
