SOUR CHERRY BRANDY

This is

a genuine fruit spirit made by continuous distillation of dark sour cherries. These juicy varieties have the perfect ratio of sugars and acids, which makes them ideal for the production of excellent sour cherry distillates with mildly acidic flavours. Continuous distillation in distillation columns allows the resulting spirit to retain as much of the aroma and flavour of the fruit as possible.
