is made by macerating aronia fruits in extra-fine grain alcohol. After a thorough soaking, the fruits are filtered out, leaving behind a characteristic dark carmine colour and giving the liquid a naturally hazy appearance. The last step is the dilution of the mixture with water to 14.7% ABV.
Due to its careful preparation and processing, the resulting liqueur retains a high content of active ingredients – antioxidants. One shot contains the recommended daily dose of antioxidants, however it also contains vitamin C and other healthful substances.
