Moravian jadernička apples are a variety of apple which, due to their optimal ratio of sugar and acid guarantee suitable fermentation for the production of spirit. The brandy is characterized by its apple aroma and astringent taste, which is further refined by longer ripening. For production continuous distillation using distillation columns is necessary, which allows us to maintain the maximum aroma and flavour of the fruit. Thanks to our experienced master distillers and traditional manufacturing processes, you always get a high quality brandy.
