The use of a single pear variety and natural pear juice in the production of brandy guarantee a natural flavour and aroma. The Williams pear variety is the best for making brandy with a strong aroma, which is why we use it and harvest it in our own orchards in Chile. The pear brandy is fine-tuned by adding a bit of natural pear juice, giving it a pleasantly sweet flavour. To achieve a balanced and smooth flavour, the distillate and juice are subsequently placed into oak casks that were previously used to age the traditional Czech whisky Gold Cock.
