The Williams pear variety is the best for making brandy with a strong aroma, which is why we use it and harvest it <strong>in our own orchards in Chile</strong>. The pear brandy is fine-tuned by adding a bit of natural pear juice, giving it a pleasantly sweet flavour.

To achieve a balanced and smooth flavour, the distillate and juice are subsequently placed <strong>into oak casks that were previously used to age the traditional Czech whisky Gold Cock</strong>. The casks come from the Czech cooper Bařina and are made from the European sessile oak that grows in South Moravia.]]></description>
